Case Study: Integris Forbes Article Photoshoot

Stephanie Werner is the founding partner of the consulting firm Integris Group Services. She has come to be a known problem-solver in the industry, and Forbes Magazine wanted to feature her in an article focused on her unique, values-based approach. 

The objective 

The primary purpose of the photography was to produce professional imagery of Stephanie Werner to be featured in a Forbes Magazine article.  

As the photography session would take place at the Integris office, it was also the perfect opportunity to capture general Integris company photography, such as headshots and general in-office photos of staff. 

A personal branding approach 

With a clear objective, we were able to hone in on what we wanted to achieve from the photoshoot – which was to create professional yet approachable images that highlighted Stephanie Werner’s journey and commitment to her team. 

Our goal was to blend poise and inspiration, capturing her resilience and leadership transformation. With a combination of natural and flash lighting in both peaceful settings and dynamic office environments, we could emphasise her values-driven success and people-first approach. 

Techniques we used to achieve this included: 

• A clean and minimalist aesthetic: We used a clean, uncluttered background to keep the focus on Stephanie, who wore neutral/corporate colours that would complement the setting and look professional. 
• Natural and authentic body language: Stephanie was captured in natural poses to avoid any overly staged or artificial setups, ensuring her expression conveys authenticity. 

On the day 

We were able to capture everything we needed with one photographer and a half-day photoshoot at the Integris office, including set up, causing minimal disruption. 

Our photographer brought all necessary equipment in on the day and a wireless tether to an iPad allowed our client instant review. 

The results 

Following final selection, image editing and advanced retouching on hero images, we provided the final photos to the client. It was a pleasure to work with Stephanie Werner and her team and congratulations again on the Forbes article!
