Case Study: Law Squared Webinars

Law Squared is a boutique specialist law firm based in Melbourne’s CBD. They hold regular webinars where they share knowledge and insights that position themselves as experts in their field. 

The brief 

The benefits of webinars were clear to Law Squared – they wanted a convenient and cost-effective solution for regularly sharing content and engaging with their audience, that was easy for everyone to attend. 

Our job was to take the time and hassle of the technical aspect away from Law Squared, so all they had to do was focus on content – confident that a professional quality webinar would be the end result. 

Planning is key to a smooth webinar experience 

We record Law Squared’s webinars remotely using Demio, an online recording software. Our service includes remote assistance for each speaker with their AV set-up, and only one technician is needed to record the session. 

Then it’s on to editing. We add branded skins and backgrounds supplied by the client, and trim any cuts or breaks – essentially ensure everything is spick and span and ready to broadcast. 

We conduct a rehearsal through the online software with the client, before scheduling the webinar to be broadcast at specific date and time. 

As it's a pre-record, there is no need for us to attend the broadcast, while the client attends to moderate any questions in the chat, adding to the webinar’s cost-effectiveness. 

The results 

We provide post webinar analytics and reporting so the client has full visibility of how it has performed. Law Squared has had over 100 attendees at each webinar, which is a fantastic result!
