We recently photographed staff at Think Talent, an award-winning recruitment agency specialising in digital talent (think product managers, digital marketers, tech specialists, etc.) at mid-senior levels, based in the Melbourne CBD.
They requested some brand photography of the team for their website and other marketing collateral; there were four staff to photograph, so we set aside a day and got to work!
The brief
Think Talent wanted to build a stronger awareness of their core executive team, led by CEO and founder Ainsley Johnstone, with an additional focus on images that could be used for Ainsley’s own personal brand.
This was much more than a simple corporate photoshoot. Think Talent are an agile business with an entrepreneurial spirit and positive energy that we really wanted to communicate through their brand imagery. In their own words, Think Talent are ‘a business of people’, so it was essential their photographs were captured in a style that would resonate with their existing and future clients.
On the day
On a warm day in February, we met at a modern three-storey apartment in North Melbourne, full of good vibes and ready to take some wonderful photos that the Think Talent team could use to level up their branding and marketing collateral.
We organised a makeup artist and stylist for the shoot to make the experience as seamless and easy as possible for our client. We pride ourselves on putting people at ease and making sure everyone is comfortable and confident when we start shooting.
Several outfit changes and coffees later, we had captured some truly dynamic and engaging shots that we knew were winners. After a round of editing to ensure a flawless final result, we handed over the shots to our pleased client.
